In the third quarter of 2024, the crime game genre on iOS in Madagascar showcased varied performance trends across the top five applications, as reported by Sensor Tower.

The Grand Mafia from Phantix Games displayed a fluctuating performance. Weekly revenue remained modest, peaking at around $4 in several weeks. Downloads experienced a significant rise in mid-August, jumping from 51 to 127, before slightly decreasing towards the end of September. Active users also saw an upward trend, climbing from 51 in early July to 93 by early September, despite a dip to 44 later in the month.

GTA: San Andreas – NETFLIX by Netflix, Inc. had an interesting quarter with no initial revenue, except for a brief $3 spike in September. Downloads fluctuated, starting strong with 63 in early August, then witnessing a gradual decline. Active users consistently increased, reaching a high of 560 by the end of September, indicating sustained engagement.

Hunter Assassin, developed by RUBY OYUN VE YAZILIM DANISMANLIK SANAYI TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI, saw no revenue generation. Downloads were inconsistent, with a notable peak of 100 in early September. Agent Hunt - Hitman Assassin from HOMA GAMES showed minimal downloads and no revenue. Active users started at 24 in late July and decreased to 11 by the end of the quarter, indicating a decline in engagement.
